Spain is famous for chocolate and it’s history goes back centuries when explorer Hernan Cortez tried the drink in the New World and sent cacao beans back to the country in 1544. While I was in Barcelona I visited the Museu de la Xocolata (Chocolate Museum) to learn a bit more about it’s history, to see the famous chocolate sculptures, and of course to try some chocolate.

I don’t think I need to write much in this post since the photos do a pretty good job of speaking for themselves.
